This 1845 Republic of Texas Treasury Warrant was issued to – and endorsed by – Anson Jones, the last President of the Republic of Texas. It is of particular note as it was for the move of the Republic Archives to Austin, Texas. President Lamar moved the Archives in August through October of 1839.
